Welcome to HelPet. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our pet search services.

1. Service Description

HelPet provides a platform to help users create and promote lost pet campaigns using targeted online advertising and other digital tools.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information about their lost pet and contact details.
• Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.
• Users must not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

3. Payments and Fees

• All payments for HelPet services are processed securely via our payment provider Stripe.
• HelPet charges a service fee, which is deducted from the total amount paid by the user. The remaining amount is used for campaign costs such as advertising and operational expenses. Although this commission may vary, as a general rule it will be 30% of the total amount.
• By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that a portion of your payment constitutes HelPet's service fee.
• All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Limitation of Liability

• HelPet does not guarantee the recovery of your lost pet or any specific outcome from the use of our services.
• HelPet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

HelPet reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
